“Where should we eat?”

What’s the most frequent question I get asked from out-of-towners when visiting Nashville?

“Where should we eat?”

Honestly I get asked this question by tons of my local friends & colleagues as well, that’s when it hit me… I must eat out a lot! 🥴😳 While I can recommend a top notch restaurant for no matter what type of food or beverage you may be craving in and around Nashville, let’s start with my go to place I tell people they can’t go downtown without stopping here! 👇🏼

The Assembly Food Hall at Fifth & Broadway (or as the locals call it 5th&B) just ranked #7 on USA Today’s 2023 Readers Choice Top 10 list for Best Food Hall in the US! You can find the food hall on the 2nd level of the Fifth & Broad development in downtown Nashville right across from Bridgestone Arena, so if I’m going to a concert or the Preds game at the arena, Assembly Food Hall is pretty much my go to for food beforehand. They have some of Nashville’s top rated restaurants including Princes Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy gourmet burgers, Desano’s Pizza, Velvet Taco & Honeyfire BBQ to name a few.

The food hall is actually two separate dining areas both with Live Music (because you're in Music City!) with different food options on both sides, connected by a covered walkway with additional seating. You can find cocktail bars on either side along with an array of food options including Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, Philly Cheesesteaks, Pho, Sushi & more! If you can manage to fit anything else into your stomach after exploring all of those choices there’s some pretty delicious sweet tooth satisfying treats too like Hattie Janes creamery, NoBaked cookie dough, Cotton & Sno shaved ice, Whisk Crepes & Donut Distillery.

So if you’re planning a visit or you live here and just want to go eat, hit me up, I won’t miss a chance to visit one of my favorite Nashville culinary destinations!
